Payment is due and payable in U.S. dollars 15 days from invoice date. Payments not received by the due date are considered past due. In addition to StageSpot, LLC undertaking any of the actions set forth in this Agreement, if any payment is not paid when due: (i) a late charge shall accrue equal to 7% (or the maximum legal rate, if less) of the unpaid balance per month; (ii) StageSpot, LLC may require a security deposit or other forms of security acceptable to StageSpot, LLC for any future orders; and/or (iii) StageSpot, LLC may take any action in connection with any other right or remedy StageSpot, LLC may have under this Agreement in law or in equity.
Acceptance and Approval
Submitting this agreement indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions as stated. In addition, you authorize StageSpot, LLC to make any and all inquiries neccesary to process the Credit Application.
