The Alien 02 Spot is a programmable 150 W luminaire for architectural and commercial applications: retail, hotels, bars and corporate environments.

With separate base and head modules, the Alien 02 offers designers the freedom to place the base in an inconspicuous location or hidden above a ceiling. This modular construction also prepares the way for further variants of the head in the near future.

Integral to the Alien 02 is its newly-developed stepper driver technology, a technology that at last consigns the notorious whine of stepper motors to history. The new technology is absolutely noiseless, leaving only the inconspicuous hush of the forced air cooling.

The color mixing technology and the optical system are the same as in the well-established Exterior 200, and ensures a very smooth color crossfade and a good intensity control. The long life 150W CDM lamp (included) creates a low maintenance fixture for permanent installations.

The Alien 02 series can be controlled with DMX or using its programmable stand-alone feature with an infrared remote control.
