The Cyclo IP65 Directional houses three or four high output 54 W T5 tubes capable of illuminating large facades up to three stories. Due to the high optical performance and the efficiency of the reflector, the Cyclo IP65 Directional provides a bright, uniform distribution of light and color. The Cyclo IP65 Directional can be programmed to generate smooth variations in light and color, as well as ‘daylight’ variations in color temperature. The Cyclo 03 version uses RGB color mixing to create natural daylight shifts and dynamic effects. With an additional cool white 4000 Kelvin tube, the Cyclo 04 models offer extended color control and an enhanced white light quality. Each of the high output T5 tubes is electronically dimmable. The optical system is directional and built around Martin Architectural’s fluorescent color-mixing module, which guarantees a unique, seamless color mixing within the main reflector. No glare, no spill light, just smooth, even, and very bright color. Intensity control is 0-100% for easy balance of brightness, allowing buildings and landscapes to respond intelligently to the availability of natural light. The Cyclo IP65 Directional is designed to be aimed and it can be tilted +/– 90° for directional illumination of outdoor soffits, walls or any surface. The Cyclo IP65 Directional is weatherproof rated at IP65 which guarantees reliable operation in harsh, weather-beaten environments. It is also salt-mist classified, which means it is suitable for marine environments such as cruise ships and bridges. The Cyclo IP65 Directional is made with low installation costs and freedom from maintenance in mind. An included mounting bracket makes installation extremely fast and cost effective. The fixture is surface mounted, but the adjustable tilt angle allows the beam to be aimed at the desired position. This gives great flexibility and easy installation. There is a choice of two options for cable entry, which gives the possibility of making concealed wiring when required. Convenient service hatches on both the head and the base provide immediate front access for easy re-lamping and for installing power and DMX. Depending on the demands of the application, the Cyclo IP65 Directional can be controlled in stand-alone operation, synchronized (master/slave) or via DMX. For simple decorative applications, a number of color sequences can be selected from the unit’s DIP switches without the need for an external controller.
