The 8 Channel NEMA 1 dimmer (model DMX8DIM) is an eight output 'green' dimmer designed for high efficacy loads, low idle power, and minimal losses. Typical loads include LED lamps, Neon, Compact Fluorescent, Electronic and Magnetic Low Voltage, and low power halogen.

The dimmer electronics for this model are housed in a 12x12x4 inch NEMA Type 1 enclosure and are easily removable so the enclosure can be installed and rough wired without the electronics in place. Then, upon completion of dry wall, the electronics can be reinstalled using only four screws. A protective bag is included for storing the electronics during installation.

Wiring is by compression type screw terminal blocks. Rated at 240 Watts per output, the dimmer has self resetting overload protection and is powered by a single 20A branch circuit. Features include dim/non-dim per output, local control for load testing, a troubleshooting LED, and an optically isolated DMX input. DMX512-A compliant, ETL listed to UL508.

The 24 channel Rackmount dimmer (model DMX24DIM) is a twenty-four output dimmer designed for high efficacy loads, low idle power, and minimal losses. Typical loads include Christmas light strings (LED and incandescent), and low power lamps such as LED, neon, compact fluorescent, electronic and magnetic low voltage, halogen and incandescent. Typical applications include Christmas tree lighting, cue lights, signs, marquees, and practicals.

This dimmer is a single-space rack mount unit with removable rack ears. Airflow is front to side. Half inch holes are provided for half couplers or C clamps. The enclosure features a carry handle and a 3/8 inch safety cable slot.

This unit is currently undergoing NRTL (UL, ETL, CSA) testing.
