Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Central Time will ship same day, however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship.

Items that are purchased after 2pm on Friday, anytime on Saturday's and Sunday's, or on holidays are shipped the following business day.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX unless otherwise requested. Oversized or overweight shipments will be shipped via a freight carrier of our choosing.

Please note that FEDEX and UPS deliver to physical addresses only and do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Orders that have a PO Box for a shipping address will not be shipped and you will be contacted by customer service.

StageSpot is no longer responsible for the package once it is picked up by the shipping company. Any delays caused by an Act of God will not be refunded.

The Best way to calculate your shipping is to add items to the cart!

To see your full checkout cost, including shipping and handling, simply enter your shipping location and select your shipping method. No need to login or checkout to see your estimated cost WITH shipping.

Custom gobo shipping cost is calculated based on your need by date. We will not allow you to choose a shipping method that will not guaruntee delivery by your need by date. If you prefer to use ground shipping, make sure to choose a date that allows enough time for that method to be delivered to you. Third Party Shipping in the US and Canada (Using your own FedEx or UPS account)


If you have a valid account with FedEx or UPS and you wish to use this account to bill the shipping to, please contact our customer service representatives at 888-567-8243. Some, but not all products, are able to ship on third party accounts.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
