PLEASE NOTE: For glass gobos Clear (White) is not considered a color, but Black is.  In Glass gobos in order to "black out" portions of your image, a black coating must be applied. In order to have white, the surface of the glass is simply left uncoated. Therefore, Black (including "blacking out") is considered a color, whereas White (or "no color") is not. Colors are matched as closely as possibly to the print color provided. Since making color in print and making color in light are very different processes, you may not end up with an exact match. Many factors come into play when projecting a color in light including what color background is being projected on, what color light source is passing through the gobo, and what colors can physically be made using the glass. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. Using techniques developed in the semiconductor industry, we can create images with unequaled clarity, sharpness, and detail. The finest details can be rendered for even the smallest gobos used in modern automated fixtures. PROOFS

• Proofs will be made if we have to make significant changes to your artwork. Please note that requesting a proof will cause a slight delay in the production of the gobo. 
• Changes you make to the artwork after first proof will incur a $50 charge.
• An order "canceled" after the lab begins to work on it, will incur a $50 charge for the labs time to create the artwork.
• To request Proofs: Please contact us directly. Proofs are only available on gobos with a need by date of greater than 7 Business days. Proofs are no longer available for free ($15 per artwork) and are not available on Cool Ink or Cool Ink HD gobos at all by lab restrictions.

HOW TO ORDER
New, Even Easier Process!

• Attach your artwork. File types of gif, jpg, pdf, png, psd, eps, ai  are only accepted OR Use our art and text to build your own image.
• Once your artwork is created, download a preview, share on social media, send to your DJ, or place your order.
• Select your gobo 'Size' - We can make any size! If you don't see your size select "Other" at the bottom, type in your 'make and model' and we will do the rest.
• Select your 'Need By Date' - by clicking in the date field text box; then choose appropriate date on calendar. 
• The processing date will automatically fill in the [Rush Field] if needed or not based on your need by date.  
• Delivery necessary to meet your need by date will be automatically selected during checkout.
• Choose any additional copies you might need of the same size and artwork.
• For any special instruction on your gobo - Please use the add note field.
