OPTI-SCULPT is available in eleven different patterns: 10°, 20°, 30°, 10°x20°, 10°x30°, 10°x40°, 10°x60°, 15°x35°, 15°x45°, 20°x40° and the unique 40°/60° Reversible.
OPTI-SCULPT light sculpting lenses are designed to give lighting designers exact, angular beam control. They achieve this by directing light through non-diffracting structures, which are essentially embedded micro-lenses. This process ensures an even distribution of the light beam without any color-shift. The uniform control over the beam angle allows for the beam to be shaped into either circular or linear patterns, making these lenses suitable for any project that requires specific beam shaping.
Manufactured from clear polycarbonate plastic, OPTI-SCULPT lenses feature a fine matte texture on the backside. This design helps to improve transmission by eliminating reflective light loss. Additionally, the beam sculpting structures within the plastic create a natural backscatter, which effectively eliminates hotspots without significantly reducing light output.

OPTI-SCULPT lenses come in convenient 24”x20” and larger 24”x40” seamless sheets, making them easy to cut precisely for any lighting fixture. These lenses are built to last; their durable, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant construction means their performance won't degrade from dust or handling. You can even mark the backside of the cut lens to identify its design without impacting its optical properties. Plus, with a heat-resistant base, OPTI-SCULPT is a versatile choice for both LED and traditional tungsten lighting.

Each OPTI-SCULPT has a textured side and a smooth side. In order to achieve the lens' stated beam shape, position the OPTI-SCULPT with the smooth side towards the lamp. For the Reversible 40R60 OPTI-SCULPT – position the lens with the smooth side towards the lamp to achieve the 40° beam shape and the textured side of the lens toward the lamp to achieve the 60° beam shape.
In order to create an accurate experience with OPTI-SCULPT, we recommend testing it with a small fixture like a pin spot or a small fresnel fixture. The use of lasers and mobile phone LED lights will provide different, misleading results. Please note the OPTI-SCULPT effect, per each design, is subjective to the light fixture in use.
Please note, OPTI-SCULPT lenses are not compatible with UV pass lamps or blacklights.
